Here at LAGAT, we take the quality of our provision very seriously.
Robust quality assurance systems are in place to make sure our delivery meets the high expectations of our customers, whilst ensuring our internal processess and procedures meet the high standards of awarding bodies and government organisations.
External quality audits are a common occurance within the training industry and Self Assessment plays an important part.
LAGAT are proud to have been awarded an overall Grade 2 at our last Adult Learning Inspectorate inspection. A copy of the Inspectors report is attached.
The results from our recent Learner Evaluation survey are also available for review.
