What does the programme offer?
The Train to Gain programme offers a range of features including a free skills brokerage service, fully subsidised training, free information, advice and guidance for employees, and for employers with less than 50 employees, the possibility of gaining a contribution to wage costs to compensate them for the time employees spend in training.

Unlike classroom led training programmes, all training is in the work place on a one to one basis, providing the flexibility to tailor the course content to match the needs of your employee. The training provided is always the most appropriate to the employee’s role, allowing the persons day to day duties to be used towards their qualification, allowing minimal disruption to you, the employer.
